FINDER'S FEE POLICY

 1. FINDER OR NEGOTIATOR CONFIRMATION

It is required that the negotiator’s name must appear in the business application process. In recognition to the negotiator all business center applicants must fill in the application form and submit the form to the company. click here to view center application form

 

 2. COMMISSIONS & INCENTIVES

Center negotiator shall receive commissions and incentives as set by the company. However, commission rate for finder’s fee is conditional & is subject to change depending on future economic circumstances.

 

 3. SPONSOR-NEGOTIATOR DEFINED

It must be understood that the sponsor and the negotiator of a center are not always the same person. Whoever explains and went through the negotiation process to close the deal is considered to be the official negotiator and entitled to receive the finders’ fee.

 

 4. PASSING RIGHTS OF CENTER OWNERSHIP

There are frequent occasions that the right of center ownership is intentionally passed to another person so that the finder’s fee will be received by the new negotiator rather than the original presenter. This maneuvering is practically applied within the family members circle and can cause the original negotiator deprived of the finder’s fee incentive. The company shall not grant this kind of tactic in order to protect the interest and in fairness to the effort exerted by the previous representative. Nonetheless, legitimate negotiations that can be credited to a family member will be valid under exceptions below: 

    • Family members living separately in other location
    • The named family member truthfully is the owner of the money invested
    • Family member is the primary negotiator

 

5. CENTER’S INVESTMENT FULL PAYMENTS

No finders’ fee commission shall be deducted automatically from the centers investment. Negotiators commission finder’s fee will be deposited by the company after the whole process of application.

 

Under these circumstances the company will stand as the mediator to evaluate whoever is the right person to receive the finder’s incentive.
